Factory seconds, also known as seconds, are appliances items that  are sold to the public for a reduced rate, rather than being discarded.

EXAMPLES

Ex-Demo/Ex-Display Units - Products that have been used in promotions or demonstrations in malls or other commercial areas.

Discontinued Models - Appliances that have already been replaced by a newer model and are no longer being manufactured by its company.

Box Damage - The packaging has been damaged in transit or mishandling, although the unit itself is brand new and in good condition.

Dent and Scratch/Cosmetic Blemish - Items that are fully functional, but have dents or scratches on the surface.

Insurance Claims – items damaged from fire, water, or other accidents.  

Liquidation Items – items from liquidation process.

Customer Returns - Products that have been returned by previous customers and sent back to the factory for refurbishment.

Great question, Most Factory Second Items have 12 months warranty and Second hand items have at least 3 months warranties.

T2 grade factory second items are covered with manufacturers warranty.

Auction stock Factory seconds and second hand items come with repair/replacement or store credit warranty.

You don’t have to accept your item if you don’t like it. You can send it back with the delivery driver but a mandatory 20% restocking fee will apply. Please choose carefully, we recommend you carefully check all items prior to purchase.
