At the heart of the dryer is Electrolux's advanced 3DSense technology, which scans moisture levels within garments to achieve precise and complete drying, including thicker items such as duvets and down jackets. Electrolux's testing shows the technology can restore the warmth and fluffiness of down garments while helping prevent damp spots in bulky loads.
SensiCare continuously monitors temperature and humidity inside the drum and automatically adjusts drying time to suit the load. This helps protect clothes from unnecessary over-drying and excessive heat, extending garment life while improving energy efficiency.
The DelicateCare system adjusts drum movement and temperature according to the type of fabric being dried. This provides tailored care for delicate garments, including silk, wool and technical clothing. The dedicated wool program is Woolmark Blue certified, allowing suitable machine- and hand-washable wool garments to be dried with confidence when their care labels permit tumble drying.
For additional hygiene, the Hygiene cycle operates above 60°C and is Swissatest verified to remove up to 99.9% of tested common bacteria and viruses. The Extra AntiCrease option can continue intermittent drum movement for up to 120 minutes after the cycle finishes, helping minimise wrinkles when clothes cannot be removed immediately.
With Wi-Fi connectivity, the dryer can connect to the Electrolux app for remote control, cycle status updates, garment-care advice and other connected features. Its efficient heat pump system dries at lower temperatures than conventional dryers and contributes to an impressive 9-Star Energy Rating, with rated energy consumption of just 129kWh per year.
