The advanced SaphirMatt ceramic-glass surface is designed to show up to 10 times fewer visible scratches than AEG’s standard ceramic-glass cooktops. Its anti-fingerprint finish also helps reduce smudges and everyday marks, making the surface easier to keep looking clean and refined.
DoubleBridge technology allows cooking zones on either side of the cooktop to be linked together. This creates larger cooking areas for oversized cookware, long pans, griddle plates and fish kettles. When rapid heat is needed, PowerBoost delivers an additional burst of power for faster boiling and heating.
Heat Memory retains the selected settings for up to 120 seconds if cookware is lifted or the controls are interrupted by a spill. Hob2Hood technology can also communicate wirelessly with a compatible AEG rangehood, automatically adjusting the lighting and fan speed according to your cooking activity.
